Terms and Conditions
These terms describe purchases from 𝒑𝒊𝒗𝒐𝒓𝒏™, operated by Sichuan Quqiufu Technology Co., Ltd. Read them together with the store policies relevant to your order.
1. Placing an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you can enter into the transaction and are authorized to use your selected payment method. Provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information.
An acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Availability, payment checks, or identified errors may require us to contact you before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payment collected for the cancelled items.
2. Product information.
We aim to present descriptions, measurements, and images accurately. Colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Natural materials and production processes may create individual variations.
Review dimensions, included components, and care or installation instructions before purchasing. Styling accessories in photographs are not included unless the description says otherwise.
Use products only for their stated purpose and follow supplied instructions.
3. Pricing and payment.
Checkout displays the currency, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected for your order. Payment methods depend on available checkout options.
Prices may change for future purchases. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it, which may include offering corrected terms or cancellation with a refund.
4. Shipping and returns.
Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

5. Changes and cancellation.
Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Whether a request can be accommodated depends on preparation and dispatch status.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Website text, images, graphics, designs, and brand elements are owned by us or used with permission from their owners. A product purchase does not transfer intellectual-property rights in website content or brand materials.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is not permitted, except where applicable law allows.
